Community Summit - IQZ Kaiserslautern

Artificial intelligence, especially in healthcare, offers enormous potential, but the path to its safe and trustworthy use is fraught with challenges. How do we efficiently validate complex models? How do we ensure quality and acceptance? After 18 months of intensive work in the MISSION KI project, DFKI has laid the foundation for the development of quality and testing platforms, which will simplify the establishment and evaluation of trustworthiness. Now we would like to take stock together.

Therefore, the IQZ at DFKI Kaiserslautern cordially invites you to the IQZ Community Summit to discuss the most pressing questions from practice and lay the foundation for the next steps. Our goal is to connect the existing IQZ community with new actors to jointly shape the path to trustworthy AI. We focus on networking and interactive exchange rather than one-sided knowledge transfer. We therefore invite you to actively participate in shaping the programme:

AI-consultation: Apply for a free 15-minute 1:1 slot with an expert of your choice to discuss specific challenges.
Impulse workshop: Do you have a pressing topic you’re eager to discuss? Would you like to pitch an innovative idea, present a provocative thesis, or share a specific challenge from your practice? This is your opportunity to present your ideas, urgent questions, or future visions in a short format (max. 20 minutes). Share your perspective with an expert audience, receive valuable feedback, and connect with peers who share your interests.

How to participate: Apply for one or both formats during registration. Submissions are possible until 30 November 2025. Slots for the Impulse workshop and AI-consultation are limited and will be curated, so acceptance is not guaranteed.

The event is aimed at specialists, managers and anyone who wants to help shape the future of AI quality and explore potential for cooperation. We look forward to the exchange – register now to set the course for a secure AI future together.
